Product is designed with considering all the aspects of loads which might encounter during the service life and it is mandatory to test this loading environment before proceeding to mass manufacturing. Every product will undergo different testing as per usage and criticality, most used testing are – strength testing and serviceability testing of the parts, subassemblies, and assemblies. It is a minimum requirement to validate the product’s maximum load capacity and decide the design load and overload condition which is achieved through strength testing. Every product should know the maximum and minimum life expected at worst and favorable conditions, serviceability testing is done to estimate and establish the fair relationship between life and utilization.
